Pots, Pans and Cans drive runs through Nov. 16

WWU's Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week, put on by Western Success Scholars and the Office of Off Campus Living, will host a basic needs flea market on Nov. 17, and is seeking donations for this event with a Pots, Pans, & Cans Drive through Nov. 16.

The drive is accepting donations of clean and working small kitchen appliances (can openers, coffee makers, etc); dishes, utensils and containers; pots and pans (clean without rust, scratches, dents); and cans of food that have not expired at the following dropoff locations:

  • Basic Needs Hub VU 420
  • College of Business & Economics SSC Parks Hall 045
  • Tutoring Center Wilson Library 280
  • Career Services Center Old Main 280
  • Sustainability Engagement Institute High Street Hall
  • Fairhaven Outside FA 384

The basic needs flea market and resource fair will run from Noon-3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17 on the fourth floor of the Viking Union. Find out more about Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week activities here.
