Look to the sky Wednesday nights with the Astronomy Department!

Every clear Wednesday while class is in session, faculty and students from Western's Physics and Astronomy Department take its 12" Meade telescope outside to the front of the building and invite passers by to take a look through the eyepiece.

Last week, they had Jupiter and the Orion nebula  in the scope, with about 35 people stopping by.  There is a step-stool for small children, and all ages are welcome.
