WWU names dean for college of humanities, social sciences

LeaAnn Martin has been appointed to serve for a fixed term as dean of the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at Western Washington University.
Next month, Brent Carbajal, the college’s current dean, starts a two-year fixed term as WWU’s provost and vice president for academic affairs. He succeeds current provost Catherine Riordan, who is resigning in July.
