Human Rights Film Festival begins Thursday, Feb. 19

The Bellingham Human Rights Film Festival begins Thursday, Feb. 19, at the Pickford Film Center with showings of "The Wisdom to Survive" at 6:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., with a silent auction and goodies between the showings.

The festival continues through Feb. 28 in the Fairhaven College Auditorium and other venues throughout Whatcom County. All showings are free, and no tickets are needed. The parking lot in front of Fairhaven College is free after 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and all day on weekends.
