Frequently Asked Questions for Dining at WWU

HOW DO I ACCESS MY VIKING DOLLAR BALANCE? You can access e-Accounts online here to sign in and see your balance, or you can view your account balances on the mobile e-Accounts app. Note that WWU no longer supports the “GET App” and balances will no longer show on this app.

HOW DO I LOAD MORE VIKING DOLLARS TO MY ACCOUNT? You or a guest can load Viking dollars to your account online here. A guest will need the student’s email address and W#. Guests will not be able to see account balances. You can also load Viking Dollars on the mobile e-Accounts app.

GUEST MEAL POLICY: Please note that only Unlimited Meal Plans include guest meals. Unlimited Meal Plans come with 10 guest meals to use for the quarter. Guest meals are allocated at the beginning of the quarter and are removed when redeemed. All other meal plans are intended for and can only be used by the meal plan holder on the account. Guest access may be purchased at the register using Dining Dollars, Viking Dollars, or credit or debit card.

MEAL PLAN QUESTIONS? For any questions regarding your meal plan or signing up for an off- campus meal plan, please visit the Housing Business Office front counter located in Edens Hall, Room 110.
