Faculty pegged to design international initiative at Western

Western Washington University Provost Catherine Riordan has announced the group of faculty members who've been selected to serve on the One World Strategic Team.

These faculty members from across campus will begin their work in September; their goal is to plan and design an international initiative that will become part of Western’s curriculum in support of the university mission and in response to the challenges of an ever-changing world. The team will canvass faculty, students and staff and study national best practices and the intercultural curricular content already in place in academic programs before recommending a model or models to the campus for approval.
