Carver construction: Demolition to continue on 1970s building this week

Construction activities for the week of Dec. 20:

• Continue storm sewer site work.
• Continue demolition of the 1970s building with saw cutting which will create loud hammering noises.
• Pin pile driving which are driven and will also create loud hammering noise.

Construction activities for the week of Dec. 27:

• Continue demolition roof of the 1960s building.
• Continue forming pile caps & installing, reinforcing & placing concrete for utilidor (utility tunnel for electrical systems).
• Continue “micro” pile drilling in east section. “Micro” pile drilling is not as loud as “pin” pile driving.
