Wynne Greenwood coming to Western March 2

WWU's departments of Art and Art History, in conjunction with the Queen's Vernacular monthly queer film series, will host queer feminist artist Wynne Greenwood at 4 p.m. on Thursday, March 2 in Communications Facility 110.

The presentation is free and open to the public.

Greenwood works with video, performance, music, and object-making to practice culture-healing. Her work has been included in performances and exhibitions at independent and instiutional spaces internationally, including the Tate Modern, the Whitney Biennial, the Kitchen, and On the Boards. From 1999 to 2006, Greenwood performed as the multimedia art-band Tracy + the Plastics.
