Western's Academy for Lifelong Learning Announces New Spring 2022 Program Offerings

Western Washington University’s Academy for Lifelong Learning (ALL) has unveiled its spring 2022 courses. The program line-up runs from March 5 to June 16. Courses covering a wide variety of topics are available via both in-person and online formats. A Zoom FAQ section and practice sessions are available on the ALL website, designed to teach the basics of installing and using Zoom to participate in ALL online courses.

These classes are short, university-level and include a diverse selection of educational and cultural material. Registration is available online. Cost per class varies depending on length, venue and content, but all classes range from $28–120.

Programs are open to all interested adults, regardless of age or educational background. Participants are encouraged to register early, as courses fill quickly. Membership is recommended but not required to register for ALL programs.

Additionally, Academy for Lifelong Learning hosts monthly one-hour presentations via Zoom. These ALL Talks are a potpourri of interesting topics, presented by exciting and knowledgeable local experts. The presentations are only available for ALL members purchasing the ALL Annual Membership ($49).

ALL is hosted and administered by Western and is member-driven and supported by membership dues and program fees. All content is produced by member-volunteers, who devise courses, excursions and other programs, recruit instructors and plan events. Policy is set by a Board of Directors elected from the membership.
