Western Washington University to offer summer youth programs for grades K-12
Western Washington University is proud to offer a wide array of programs for kids in grades K-12 this summer.
For the past 36 years, Western’s youth programs have encouraged kids to explore a favorite topic and consider opportunities in higher education. Participants experience hands-on learning and gain exposure to a college campus under the instruction of Western’s high-quality educators.
Below are the programs being offered this summer:
College Quest (entering grades 10- 12)
Global Connections (entering grades 4-6)
Grandparents “U” (entering grades 1-8)
Odyssey of Science and Arts (entering grades 4-9)
Summerwinds (entering grades 6-12)
Suzuki Violin (entering grades K-12)
Western Kids Camp (entering grades 1-6)
Western Inspires Leadership Development (WILD) (entering grades 7-9)
WWU Lakewood Jr. Sailing Camp (entering grades 6-12)

Summer youth programs are also available in Anacortes and Poulsbo. Anacortes program are held at the Shannon Point Marine Center, while Poulsbo programs are at the SEA Discovery Center.
