Western Washington University on the Peninsulas Seeks Opinions from Peninsula-Area Residents

Western Washington University on the Peninsulas is seeking opinions from adults living on Washington’s Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas regarding higher education.

The survey is sponsored through Western Washington University’s Center for Economic and Business Research as an effort to conduct research related to experiences with higher education. The research seeks to better understand Peninsula residents’ familiarity with local higher educational programs, as well as how they benefit the community.

The survey is available at https://goo.gl/mZ3PCk and takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. The link is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.

Survey respondents must live on Kitsap or Olympic Peninsulas, be at least 18 years old and not be a current employee of Olympic College, Peninsula College or Western Washington University.

Survey responses are confidential and protected through a secure server and password access. Summary information from survey responses may be published online.

Western’s Center for Economic and Business Research works in partnership with businesses, nonprofits, government/quasi-governmental entities and tribal communities to respond to data and analysis needs. Students and faculty work together with clients to find solutions that inform, engage and encourage innovation. Work ranges from answering specific questions to creating the information platform that drives productive discussions.

Western Washington University on the Peninsulas offers a variety of degree programs in Port Angeles, Poulsbo and Bremerton, community-based opportunities, as well as youth programs.
