The Office of Equity is hosting a three-day series of discussions, presentations, and skill-building workshops focused on cross-cultural communication. Sessions are offered throughout each day Feb.17 - 19. Whether you can attend one session or all seven, you’re welcome to join as your schedule allows.
The series features Ralph Johnson, a nationally recognized cross-cultural communication expert from Michigan State University, whose work centers on building understanding, navigating difference, and improving everyday communication.
What to expect:
- Seven engaging sessions over three days
- Practical tools and strategies you can use right away
- Open, thoughtful conversation across perspectives
- Free light lunch before noon sessions
Open to students, faculty, and staff, and no prior experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to engage.
