Transportation Services is excited to offer Western employees a digital WTA/Skagit Transit Bus Pass and the Mobile Western Card, both of which are available now!

Some big news for WWU employees:

Your bus pass will be available when you activate a benefit code on the Umo Mobility App. Please follow these instructions on how to redeem your Umo Benefit Code.

You will receive a new benefit code quarterly. Your benefit code for this quarter can be found by logging into Banner with your WWU Universal ID.

Make sure you change the agency on the Umo Mobility App to "WTA - Whatcom Transportation Authority", this will pre-populate WTA at the start of your benefit code.

If you need help redeeming your benefit code, please visit Transportation Services at OM 120 or email the Commute Options Program Manager at reitera@wwu.edu.

When you ride the bus, simply open the Umo Mobility App and tap "Wallet" at the bottom right to bring up your QR code; this is what you will scan below the Umo fair box to the right as you board the bus.

Your Mobile Western Card is available by downloading the Transact eAccounts application and will reside in your mobile device’s wallet.

Visit the Western Card website for instructions on how to provision your Mobile Western Card.

Activating your Mobile Western Card will deactivate your physical card, as both cannot be active simultaneously. If you have questions regarding your Mobile Western Card, please email the Western Card Office at western.card@wwu.edu.
