Student Tech Fee Committee seeking abstracts

The Student Technology Fee (STF) Committee is seeking your ideas for expanding technology access to students. Complete the short Tech Initiatives Abstract form and make your voice heard! All Western students and employees may apply. 

Employee abstracts are due January 13. Student abstracts are due January 20. 

Tech Initiatives make up 12.43 percent of the Student Technology Fee. Tech Initiatives are technology projects that support the Student Technology Fee mission. 

The STF mission: 

The Student Technology Fee provides Western students with adequate and innovative technology experiences by: 

  • Broadening/enhancing the quality of the academic experience, 

  • Providing additional student access to technology, and 

  • Increasing integration of technology into the curriculum.
