Foundations of ADEI Training for Staff: Thursday, Nov. 30, from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Viking Union 462 A/B
Where and how do we learn about ourselves and about others? How does socialization create structures of power, privilege, and oppression? Staff are invited to register for Foundations of ADEI Module 1: Understanding Perceptions of Self and Others as an introduction to reflect on our own experiences and begin to think critically about how the cycle of socialization impacts our work as we seek to build a more equitable campus community. Registration is limited to 40 participants.
