Seattle UX designer Christian Manzella to Speak May 3 at WWU

Christian Manzella, chief experience officer of Moz in Seattle, will speak at Western Washington University on Thursday, May 3 at 5:30 p.m. in Miller Hall 152; topics include user experience design, usability, and search engine optimization.

The event is presented by the Department of Design and is free and open to the public.

Manzella is a Seattle-based UX designer. His role is to ensure the highest quality design, usability, customer service, and marketing as core strategic components of the overall customer experience. Prior to his current position, Manzella held leadership positions at Blue Nile, Lowes, and his own company – which has partnered with clients such as Disney Entertainment, Boar’s Head, Berkeley Capital, and Serta. He is also a board member of the User Experience Program at Bellevue College.

Free parking is available after 4:30 p.m. in the lots marked C/CR and 12A at the south end of campus along Bill McDonald Parkway.
