Registration now open for Fall Info Fair!

The WIN registration form for the 2024 AS Fall Info Fair is now live and will be open until September 1!

The Fall Info Fair is an annual gathering of Western clubs, departments, organizations and local businesses and nonprofits to showcase the beautiful diversity of belonging that Western has to offer. This year's Fall Info Fair will be taking place Monday, Sept. 23 and Tuesday, Sept. 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Red Square and Flag Plaza (weather permitting).

The first day will feature music and performances from various Western clubs. The second day will be quieter and less stimulating to accommodate people who may want a less overwhelming experience. Please keep this in mind as you fill out the form.

The Info Fair is held in Red Square and Flag Plaza. Clubs are welcomed to table for both days in Red Square or Flag Plaza. However, if it rains, then the event will be held indoors in the Viking Union. We are considering the possibility of limiting clubs to table for one day in the VU instead of both. Last year, many people commented that having the Info Fair indoors was a very crowded and overstimulating event. Hopefully with this plan, we are able to accommodate people who had these concerns.

It’s best to sign up early before the deadline on Sunday, Sept. 1. Clubs are still able to fill out the WIN Form during the summer, but the earlier it gets filled out, the better.

If your club needs any accommodations or if you have any questions and concerns, please feel free to email as.infofair.coordinator@wwu.edu
