Registration is now open for faculty and staff wellness classes

Attention Western Faculty & Staff,  

Registration is now OPEN for Spring Wellness Classes! Have you tried a Faculty & Staff Wellness Class before? The benefits of Wellness Classes encompass physical health & fitness, mental health, wellbeing, community, social connectedness, and beyond. Check it out, there is something for everyone!

Spring classes will run Tuesday, April 2nd - Friday, June 14th. Classes are Hybrid or 100% in-person. Almost all classes from Winter are continuing in Spring. We are also offering a NEW morning class: Rise & Flow Yoga with Savanah, and NEW noon-hour classes: Advanced Pickleball on Thursdays with Jill, Power Pump on Thursdays with Kate, and Barbell Strong Open Gym on Wednesdays.
