Professional headshot sessions and Visual Media open house set for Oct. 28 and 29

Need a new portrait taken for your departmental or college website, or want to have a first head-and-shoulders shot ready for your resume and upcoming job search after graduation? Stop by the WWU Visual Media Production Suite (Old Main 370) to get your professional headshots taken and enjoy an informal open house hosted by the Visual Media Production team.

Faculty, staff, and students are invited to visit the studio, see our setup, and have a new portrait taken — or update an existing one. It’s a great opportunity to refresh your image for faculty and staff webpages, LinkedIn profiles, and other professional uses, and it's free for the entire campus community!

Open sessions in Old Main 370:

  • Tuesday, Oct. 28 from 9 a.m. to noon
  • Wednesday, Oct. 29 from noon to 4 p.m.

No appointment needed — just drop in! Note that there may be a short wait; first come, first served.

What to wear: Choose solid-colored clothing without patterns or logos for the best results on camera.
