'Peace Corps Story Slam' set for May 14

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 14th at 4:00pm in Miller Hall 138. The poster features a large photo of a group of children from different countries. WWU's Institute for Global Engagement and Peace Corps office will host a Peace Corps Story Slam from 4-5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 14 in Miller Hall 138. Returned Peace Corps volunteers from Morocco, Niger and Dominica will share their stories about serving in those countries, and answer any questions by those interested in the Peace Corps application process or about what it is like to serve as a volunteer.
