Office of Internal Audit launches new portal for collecting and reporting issues of concern

At Western Washington University, we prioritize ensuring your voice is heard and respected. Active communication about incidents on campus, student concerns, and misconduct supports student success and ensures a safe educational environment. 

To that end, WWU has launched a new website to provide resources for reporting concerns. This page serves as the hub for reporting incidents or concerns to the appropriate University officials. Members of the university community, including faculty, staff, students, and volunteers, can use the information on the webpage to report concerns to the appropriate university office. The website guides you on where to report your concerns. If you see or hear anything that concerns you, please report it.
