Nominations open for annual faculty and staff Celebration of Excellence awards

Whether we interact with students directly or contribute behind the scenes to ensure operational excellence, each of us plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience, supporting our colleagues, and driving the overall success of Western.

Recognize that excellence by nominating a colleague for one of the annual awards currently open for nominations. For more details, including deadlines, nomination instructions, and to read about past award recipients, visit the Celebration of Excellence Faculty and Staff Awards page. 

The deadline for most faculty award nominations is Jan. 23, 2026, and the deadline for staff award nominations is Feb. 13, 2026.

Award recipients will receive a medallion award during the Celebration of Excellence awards ceremony at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 28, 2026.
