Jaggaer eProcurement and Contracts is live
Jaggaer is now live: Western’s new platform for electronic purchasing, contracts administration, and vendor management. Jaggaer replaces the Western Marketplace (ESM) and Contract Management Module (CMM), bringing this work together into a single system.

Contracts Note
Contracts submitted in the Contract Management Module (CMM) prior to July 17 continue to be processed through reviews, approvals, and signatures in CMM. Use Jaggaer for all new contract requests.
New Vendor Setup Requests
To request a new vendor be set up with WWU, you will now go through the Jaggaer System’s Vendor module and Request New Vendor.
As we are working to import all of our current vendors from Banner into Jaggaer to create their vendor records in this new system, if you do not see your vendor listed in Jaggaer but you know we have previously done business with them, please reach out to vendor.create@wwu.edu and let us know the vendor you would like added to Jaggaer. We will move those vendors to the front of the queue for importing and reaching out to confirm their details.
