WWU names leader for programs on Olympic, Kitsap peninsulas

Western Washington University appointed Rebecca Steffenson, most recently of Northeastern University’s Seattle campus, to lead efforts to expand programming on the Olympic and Kitsap peninsulas. 

Steffenson will serve as the associate vice president for Western on the Peninsulas. She’s currently the associate dean of academic affairs and campus administration at Northeastern Seattle, and previously held leadership roles at the University of Alaska and Illinois Institute of Technology.
