Washington and British Columbia brace for US-Canada trade war impacts

Canada and the U.S. dropped the gloves this week. After trade talks fell through and 50% U.S. tariffs kicked in, President Trump called Canada “one of the worst countries in the world to deal with.” For his part, Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said, “We recognized from the start that America has changed.”
