Local Cajun band Happy Valley Sluggers plan free concert at WWU

Bellingham's Louisiana-style Cajun band, The Happy Valley Sluggers, will kick up the fiddle and accordion to help Western Washington University feel a bit more like "The Big Easy" in a free outdoor concert from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 23, at Western Performing Arts Center Plaza (Viking Union if it rains).
