How Western golf reunited childhood best friends, Conrad Brown and Rex Wilson

Conrad Brown and Rex Wilson lead a Western Washington University men’s golf team that might just be the deepest the school has ever produced as the team prepares for the NCAA Division II tournament in May.

Besides depth, there has likely never been a team more Western Washington-centric than this one. Not only are all 10 players on the roster from the state, but all are from cities along the I-5 corridor. That’s rare at a time when golf rosters are awash in national and international players.
