From Bellingham to World Boomerang Championships: WWU throwers join USA team

Three world-class boomerang throwers from Western Washington University are headed to the granddaddy of competitions — the World Boomerang Championships in Indonesia.

Ed Love, WWU professor of Marketing, along with undergrad Forrest Morse and 2024 marketing graduate Gavin Bohling, will represent the USA in Bandung, Indonesia.

Love says he was surprised when he landed a spot on the USA Team 2. He had expected to coach a developmental team at the trials in Arlington, WA in March.
