Information Session and Q&A on Immigration Enforcement Procedures set for March 9
What could immigration enforcement activity mean for a university like Western? WWU is hosting an information session and Q&A at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 9 to clarify what university policy states and what it means for you.
During this session, participants will learn:
- What recent updates have been made to the policy and procedure:
- What steps to take (and not take) if immigration enforcement activity occurs on campus
- How the university will apply the policy
WWU Police Chief Katy Potts will join the session to help address questions and provide additional context.
Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to register in advance to attend and receive the webinar link; advance registration also allows participants to submit questions ahead of time.
