Graduate and Professional School Fair to be held Nov. 16 in the VU

Are you interested in learning about options to continue your education past a bachelor’s degree, regardless of your major or class level? The Graduate & Professional School Fair is tailor-made for you! Join us on Thursday, Nov. 16 from Noon to 3 p.m. in the Viking Union Multi-Purpose Room. 

This event is open to the entire WWU community, including students, alumni, and campus visitors. This is a fantastic opportunity to meet representatives from local, regional, and national graduate programs and professional schools to further your education beyond Western.

To get ready for the event, here are two essential steps to follow: 

1.      Activate Your Student Account in Handshake: Every enrolled student already has a Handshake account profile created for them. You can access it at wwu.joinhandshake.com

2.      Register and Review Graduate and Professional Schools: Visit the Student Preview Page to see which graduate and professional schools will be on campus. 

Take advantage of the free resources offered by the Career Services Center and Handshake to ensure you're fully prepare. You can schedule an appointment with a graduate or health professions advisor, sign up for workshops, or find answers to common questions about pursuing graduate school.
