Pursuant to the presidential proclamation issued on March 7, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee has directed that Washington state and U.S. flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff immediately, in honor of former First Lady Nancy Reagan.

Flags should remain at half-staff until close of business or sunset on the day of interment.
