Fisher Fountain repairs begin Monday, Oct. 3

The water line that fills Fisher Fountain has failed and will be replaced starting Monday, Oct. 3. The work involves brick removal, excavation for placement of the new water line, sand compaction, and replacement of bricks. Construction fencing in Red Square will ensure pedestrian safety.  Access to Bond Hall will not be affected but an excavator will create noise and fumes that may impact classrooms adjacent to the work area (rooms 110, 112 and 114). Facilities Management crews will mitigate these impacts as much as possible. The work is expected to take two to three weeks.

Your patience is appreciated.
