April exhibit in VU Gallery to allow visitors to create their own art
In April, the Associated Students Productions Viking Union Gallery will play host to “Drawing Jam,” an exhibit that will showcase the ability of everyone to create art, the organic nature of creativity and freedom of expression.
The exhibit will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, April 4 through April 22, in the Viking Union Gallery, VU Room 507. The opening reception is 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. April 5 in the VU Gallery.
The room will be covered from floor to ceiling in white paper for gallery visitors to cover with their own artwork. Materials for the expression of the creative process will be provided by the gallery.
