He has appeared as a featured soloist with the San Francisco Symphony, the Moscow Philharmonic, the Cape Town Symphony, the Toho Gakuen Orchestra, the Shanghai Symphony, and the Philadelphia Chamber Orchestra. He joined the roster of Steinway Artists in 2001.
In conjunction with his Arthur Hicks Piano Series recital, Yanovitsky will conduct a master class for young musicians from 9:50-11:50 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 in the PAC Concert Hall.
