Faculty/staff bus passes available through Sustainable Transportation office Beginning fall quarter 2008, Viking Xpress bus passes for faculty and staff members will be available through the Sustainable Transportation office. Workers there also can help with route planning for bus, bike or walking commutes. Bus passes will no longer be available at the Parking Services building. The Sustainable Transportation office plans to distribute bus passes by campus mail, not through its physical office, except on an urgent need basis. Those paying by payroll deduction can fill out an e-sign form and receive a bus pass by campus mail within a day or two. There also will be an option for paying by cash or check. For more information, visit http://www.wwu.edu/transportation call Carol Berry or Wendy Crandall at ext. 7960 or send an e-mail message to transportation@wwu.edu. The Sustainable Transportation office is located in Viking Commons Room 25. |
