BELLINGHAM – Western Washington University’s College of Business and Economics (CBE) opened its Pre-Major Advising Center on Monday, April 22.

The Pre-Major Advising Center is designed for Western students that have listed business as their interest when applying to Western and CBE students that have not declared their major or are in the process of completing their foundation courses.

Kyla McCauley, who received her Master’s degree in business administration in 2012 from Western, will be able to help students fill out their major applications, determine which business major is best for the student, help figure out which courses to take next quarter, help students determine if they are on track to complete their GURs and much more.

Kyla offers 30 minute scheduled appointments from 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 15 minute walk-in appointments from 1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

For questions regarding the Pre-Major Advising program or to set up a 30 minute appointment, contact Kyla at (360) 650-4140 or Kyla.McCauley@wwu.edu.
