BELLINGHAM - Western Washington University will hold online information sessions for its online-only master’s degree program in Continuing and College Education, from 6 to 7 p.m. PST Thursday, Jan. 17 and Monday, Feb. 18.
The Continuing and College Education (CCE) program is designed to prepare individuals for a rewarding career in adult education. The online-only distance learning program option allows participants to learn and develop professionally in a flexible way that supports their learning needs.
CCE students have the opportunity to engage with coursework that provides both the theoretical understanding and practical skills appreciated by employers in a variety of adult learning settings such as:
- community colleges
- public safety guidelines
- healthcare organizations
- community human service settings
Western’s CCE program offers an atmosphere of collaboration with nationally recognized faculty and fellow students that are current and future leaders in the field.
The online-only distance learning program option has opened the door to graduate students nationwide as courses are now delivered completely online, with no face-to-face or on-campus meetings required.
The CCE distance learning program is non-cohort based and features open enrollment each academic quarter.
