BELLINGHAM - Western Washington University’s Department of Theatre and Dance presents “Fall Into Dance” at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday, Nov. 29-30 and Dec. 1, in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) Mainstage Theater.
A feast for the senses, “Fall Into Dance” showcases the final efforts of the senior choreography students enrolled in Western’s Dance major. After completing three years of courses in time-based art, “Fall Into Dance” provides an opportunity for WWU student choreographers to create their own work with full technical support in a proscenium space.
“This concert presents an incredible opportunity for our students as well as an excellent challenge as they prepare for post-graduate professional work,” said WWU professor of Dance Nolan Dennett. “The evening will present the audience with a great variety of work and intriguing innovation.”
Tickets are $12 general admission; $10 seniors, WWU faculty and staff; and $8 students. Tickets are available through the WWU Box Office at (360) 650-6146 or http://www.tickets.wwu.edu.
